Delta Layer

We do not have any intention to launch a Delta Layer. This layer will only be activated if Gamma layer cannot sustain while we develop our final project. If Delta transition is activated, it will try to implement some of features from the final layer. If Delta cannot sustain before we finish developing the final layer, Epsilon will be launched and so on. We will also consider new features requested by our community if we have to start a new layer.
